  • How do I apply to rent a house?

    Upon viewing the property, you can complete an application with the application fee and it will be reviewed by staff. Once your application is approved, you will need to make an occupancy deposit of $ 200 to remove the property from the availability list and secure it for your future residence. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your first months rent.

  • Who must complete an application and what are the requirements?

    Any adult age 18 and over that is on the lease must complete an application with the application fee for each form. The following requirements are needed: 1) Monthly income must be 2 1/2 times the monthly rent. 2) Copy of your driver’s license 3) One month of pay stubs 4) If you are self-employed, then we need two years tax return 5) Non-refundable application fee of $35.00. The supplied information will be screened to determine your ability to pay the rent and maintain the property.

  • How much is the application fee?

    All individuals completing an application must pay a $35 non-refundable fee with the application.

  • What if my application is denied?

    The application fee is non-refundable since it was spent to process your screening of your credit, employment and residential history.

  • How much is the security deposit?

    The security deposit usually total to one month’s rent and is paid with certified funds (cashier’s check or money order) at the signing of the lease. On some occasions we do special promotions and payment arrangement for the security deposit.

  • Are there any pet fees?

    There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per animal for the properties where pets are allowed.

  • What will I owe at move in?

    One month’s rent and the security deposit are due at your lease signing regardless of the day of the month. If you sign the lease in the middle of the month the prorated rent charge will be due on the first day of your second month occupancy.
